How to use this tool

  1. Set goals for your partner’s performance across three dimensions:
     - Revenue Metrics: Partner-sourced revenue, partner-influenced revenue, and revenue growth rate.
     - Deal Flow Metrics: Number of active leads, number of active deals, funnel conversion rates, and total pipeline value.
     - Partner Health Metrics: Partner ROI, partner satisfaction scores, and evidence of partner innovation.
  2. Collect data on your partner’s performance across the three dimensions - Setup a repeatable process for collecting qualitative and quantitative data for each of the KPI's.
