How to use this tool
- Decide what you aim to achieve with this assessment.
- Prompts: Industry / Company / Product
- Copy the prompt for industry research and paste it into your favorite GenAI tool.
- Once the model responds, do the same for the company resarch prompt.
- Once the model responds, do the same for the product research prompt.
- Pro tip: If using ChatGPT, make sure to select the 'Deep Research' in the message composer before you enter your query. - Now that you have run the Industry / Compan / Product prompts, run the actionable insight prompt to identify the set of 3-5 insights to take to the next step.
- Together with your team, take the top 3-5 actionable insights and plot them in the Flywheel Decision Matrix
